Vacancy - Project Support Coordinator

An opportunity to join Cool-Safe in a valued support role has arisen. With permanent part time hours and flexibility in working from home, this will be a sought-after role.

The Trust for the Destruction of Synthetic Refrigerants has been operating in New Zealand for the past 29 years, managing Cool-Safe - the voluntary product stewardship organisation for the refrigerant industry. 

Joining the Trust as their Project Support Coordinator you will support the team to help them raise Cool-Safe’s profile among all key stakeholders across New Zealand, including government, the refrigeration, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation industry and consumers.

The primary objectives of the Project Support Coordinator are to:

1.    Provide project and administration support to the Chief Executive & Collection Services Business Development Manager to increase Cool-Safe’s reach and presence across the New Zealand Market

2.    Ensure the completeness of data and the integrity of the CRM & other tools/systems used within Cool-Safe

3.    Preparation, processing & reports of invoices (receivable/payable)

4.    Drive and influence data quality, proactively identifying any issues and solutions.

You will bring to the role your skills and experience in:

  1. Intermediate Microsoft office suite experience and expertise, with intermediate to advanced excel expertise.

  2. Confident outbound communication style, both written and verbal.

  3. Solutions based customer service expertise.

  4. Ability to create, develop and streamline business processes.

  5. Self-starter with high work ethic.

  6. Confident with reporting up through to management.

  7. Strong time-management and organisational skills.

  8. Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.

  9. The ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team that works remotely from each other.

  10. Ability to work effectively within a moving environment & prioritises demands.

  11. Organised with good attention to detail & time keeping.

  12. A knowledge of Xero accounting software, or ZOHO CRM would be advantageous.

  13. A knowledge of the HVACR industry would be advantageous.

You will be supported by the team to work from your home office, but you will not feel isolated and will experience the collaborative culture of your fellow team members.
